I am not really a coffee maniac but having a nice cold ice blended mocha would be just perfect on a hot sunny weather plus sitting in a chilled trendy and cosy room while listening to up beat latin songs. I guess I have been influenced by the so-called 'lifestyle' - wow! People just love to hang out at coffee outlets such as starbuck coffee, gloria jeans, coffee bean and many more....
Recently I've been going to Coffee Bean (a lot)....in fact I just signed myself up to a Coffee Bean loyalty program in which I found it quite interesting. In fact, Coffee Bean is my favorite coffee outlet. Among all CB outlets, I like the one at The Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur. As one of its hundred customers, I always feel special everytime when I walk into the shop. The staffs are just very friendly, they make me comfortable. They greet others too and make everyone feel they are special.
Talking about etiquette, this is one of the things that I would like to highlight. The customer service is nothing extraordinary there but the courteous and friendliness of the staffs could have just make everyone feel good and comfortable. They greet you when you step in and they also bid you farewell when you make your way out...and they remind you to come again.
To me...products are all the same, what makes them different is the smile, courteous, friendliness.....of course not forgotten the service.
